1. What Exploripo provides

Exploripo publishes editorial software profiles, reviews, comparisons, discovery tools and educational material. The website is provided for general information and does not currently offer public accounts, comments, on-site sales, checkout or payment processing.

Content is not legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for checking whether a product, price, feature, contract or service is suitable for your circumstances.

2. Accuracy and availability of information

Exploripo aims to keep editorial information useful and clearly dated, but software features, prices, availability and third-party terms can change without notice. A listed price or feature is not a binding offer by Exploripo.

Before making a purchase or commitment, verify material details directly with the software vendor. Exploripo may correct, update, withdraw or reorganise content when needed.

3. Third-party services and contracts

Links may take you to websites operated by independent third parties. Exploripo does not sell those products, collect your payment or become a party to the contract between you and a vendor.

A third party controls its website, product, pricing, availability, privacy and contractual terms. Exploripo is not responsible for third-party changes or for content outside exploripo.com, subject always to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Affiliate links and editorial independence

Some outbound links are affiliate links. Exploripo may earn a commission after a qualifying purchase or action, normally without increasing the price you pay.

Affiliate relationships do not determine ratings, comparison winners or editorial conclusions. Sponsored content, if introduced, will be separate and clearly disclosed. The Affiliate Disclosure explains the current policy in more detail.

5. Permitted use

You may browse the public website and use its features for lawful personal or internal business research. You may share ordinary links to public pages and quote short extracts where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution.

• Do not interfere with security, availability or normal operation of the site.
• Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or misuse forms and endpoints.
• Do not use automated access in a way that creates an unreasonable load or evades technical controls.
• Do not impersonate Exploripo, misrepresent affiliation or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not reproduce or commercially republish substantial parts of Exploripo unless law permits it or written permission is given.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the original site design, text, selection, organisation and Exploripo branding are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and comparison and does not imply endorsement or ownership by Exploripo.

7. Site availability and changes

Exploripo may suspend, restrict or change the website for maintenance, security, legal or editorial reasons. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access is not promised.

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The revised version and its effective date will be shown on this page.

8. Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exploripo does not guarantee that editorial information is complete, current or suitable for every purpose, and is not responsible for a decision made solely in reliance on it.

Exploripo does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes should first be raised with Exploripo at contact@exploripo.com. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes. These Terms do not create an exclusive venue where applicable law does not permit one.

10. General terms and contact

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
