1. About this policy
Cookies are small text records saved by a website or service in your browser. Similar technologies can include local browser storage or identifiers held by a service. This policy separates storage used on exploripo.com from storage used after you choose a third-party destination.
Exploripo currently presents only Necessary and Analytics choices. It does not offer a Marketing or Advertising consent category, and advertising consent signals remain denied.
2. Exploripo-domain cookie inventory
The table reflects the implemented consent manager and the expected Google Analytics defaults. Google Analytics remains inactive until both a valid production ID and your Analytics consent are present.

3. Your choices
On a first visit, you can accept Analytics, reject optional storage or open Cookie Settings for the same choice. Necessary storage remains available because it records the privacy preference and supports requested site behavior.
You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time. Withdrawing Analytics consent stops further Google Analytics loading and triggers a best-effort deletion of _ga cookies on the Exploripo domain. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser.
Blocking the consent cookie means Exploripo may need to ask for your choice again. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent access to the editorial website.
4. Google Analytics
Exploripo uses Google Analytics 4 only if the production property is configured and you accept Analytics. The implemented basic consent mode makes no Google request before consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied, and Google Signals is disabled.
Analytics may process a pseudonymous client identifier, page and session events, referrer, browser and device information, and approximate location. The approved event and user data retention target is 14 months. The actual production property, network traffic, cookies and retention setting will be verified before activation.
5. Newsletter signup and Kit
The Kit script is not loaded during an ordinary page view. It is loaded only after you enter a valid email address and voluntarily attempt to submit the newsletter form.
Kit documents that its forms use a cookie to recognise subscription state for returning visitors. Its exact name and duration are not identified in the available official form documentation.

6. Related server-side measurement
After Analytics consent, Exploripo may record a same-origin affiliate click as a daily aggregate by date, software, call-to-action position, page type and broad device type. This record is retained for 366 days and does not use a browser identifier or store an email, search query, full page URL, page title, free-text value or full IP address.
The consent preference itself contains only a format version and Analytics yes/no value. Exploripo does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for consent, analytics or newsletter behavior.
7. Affiliate and external websites
Exploripo uses direct affiliate links rather than an internal redirect. No affiliate-partner cookie is set on exploripo.com merely because a link is displayed.
When you choose an outbound link, the destination website and its affiliate platform may set their own cookies or use other technologies under their own policies. Current approved destinations are Synthesia, Pictory, MailerLite, Systeme.io, Beehiiv and AWeber. You should review the destination’s notices and controls.
8. Changes and contact
Exploripo will update this policy when cookie behavior, providers or legal requirements change. A production browser and network audit is required before launch and after material provider changes.
