Overview
Mangools is now a six-tool browser suite. KWFinder handles keyword discovery; SERPChecker expands a query into results-page analysis; SERPWatcher tracks positions; SiteProfiler summarizes a domain; LinkMiner inspects backlinks; and AI Search Watcher follows brand mentions, citations, and recommendations across AI answer systems. Older descriptions that call Mangools a five-tool bundle predate the AI product.
The apps retain separate identities, but the important handoffs were coherent in our test. A keyword moved from KWFinder into SERPChecker with its US context intact, and a domain moved from SiteProfiler into LinkMiner without re-entry. That structure feels lighter than an all-in-one dashboard, although it also means users switch applications to complete a wider investigation. Mangools is a research and monitoring suite rather than a technical crawler.
Independent feedback is broadly positive but should remain context, not proof. On the research date, indexed snapshots showed about 4.7/5 on G2 from 96 reviews, 4.8/5 on Capterra from 92, and 4.5/5 on Trustpilot from 166. Ease of use and value recur in positive comments; individual complaints mention limits and backlink depth. Those external scores did not determine our rating.
Mangools offers chat and email support. Its privacy policy says it collects account, order, support, device, and usage data and does not sell personal data; those claims remain unverified. Its terms permit business or personal use while restricting resale, account sharing, and scraping outside the API.

Features
5.1 Keyword research with KWFinder
We searched for “software review websites” in the United States and English. KWFinder returned 25 rows. The seed showed volume 170, Keyword Difficulty 37, a -34% trend, $5.93 CPC, and PPC 33. Its SERP panel said “Just now,” which was useful context, though one session cannot establish the accuracy or long-term freshness of the underlying data.
Figure 1. KWFinder returned 25 US English suggestions and displayed volume, trend, CPC, PPC, difficulty, and a freshly loaded SERP.
We saved six relevant phrases to “Exploripo Mangools review shortlist.” The selected-row summary showed volume 440, CPC $6.69, PPC 31, and KD 29. Relative Keyword Difficulty was disabled on our Free+ account. Copy and CSV controls were visible, but the controlled browser blocked the download path after it involved a tracking destination, so we did not verify the CSV file or treat the block as a Mangools failure.
5.2 Live SERP analysis
The Analyze SERP action opened SERPChecker in another tab without losing the keyword or US location. It showed KD 37/100, SERP Features Impact 1/5, 112 results, People Also Ask, and “Last updated: just now.” Optional columns included authority, trust, link, and result-impact metrics. A notice warned that recent Google changes could slow SERP loading.
Figure 2. SERPChecker preserved the keyword context and exposed fresh result, feature, authority, and link metrics.
5.3 Site and backlink research
For exploripo.com, SiteProfiler displayed DA 1, PA 13, CF 3, TF 0, and two referring IPs, with insufficient history for trend charts. The page was easy to scan, but these values describe what Mangools showed for one small domain. They do not prove complete coverage or parity with a larger backlink index.
Figure 3. SiteProfiler summarized authority and link metrics for Exploripo and clearly marked the lack of history.
The backlink profile counted two active links. Opening LinkMiner preserved the domain and exposed anchors, follow status, citation/trust metrics, external-link counts, and Link Strength. Manual preview changed the interpretation: one row redirected to unrelated Russian financial content, and the other failed DNS resolution. The built-in preview was therefore more valuable than the raw active count.
Figure 4. LinkMiner listed two active backlink rows with anchors, follow status, source metrics, and Link Strength for manual review.
5.4 Rank tracking with SERPWatcher
We created a US desktop tracking for exploripo.com with “software reviews,” “software comparison website,” and “best software tools.” The setup used three of 50 keyword slots and did not connect Search Console. SERPWatcher exposed sharing, Looker Studio, reports, and alerts controls, but we did not activate them. At the final check, ranks and performance indexes were still N/A, despite an earlier estimate of about one minute. The dashboard also warned that recent Google changes might have affected URL tracking.
Figure 5. SERPWatcher accepted three keywords but still showed processing, N/A metrics, and a Google-change warning at the final check.
5.5 AI Search Watcher
The Free AI allowance was one monitor and five prompts. We configured Exploripo for the United States and English with ChatGPT Search and Google AI Overviews selected. The automatic suggestions were five travel and luxury prompts unrelated to a software-review site, so we replaced them before creation. This was a clear miss for our domain, not evidence that prompt generation fails for every brand.
The first completed check scored Exploripo 14.8/100 with 13% visibility. “What is Exploripo?” reached position 1, 65% visibility, and 74.1; the four generic software-discovery prompts showed no position and 0%. With only one date, five prompts, and two selected systems, the result is a baseline rather than a market-wide measure.
Figure 6. The brand prompt produced visibility, while four generic software-discovery prompts returned no position in the first check.
The citation view was unusually transparent: each URL showed the AI system, citation count, and average citation rank. It also revealed false relevance. Alongside software-review directories, the brand prompt surfaced pages about explorers and exploration. That makes the list useful for investigation, provided a person filters semantic noise.
Figure 7. AI Search Watcher grouped cited URLs by model, count, and rank, making both relevant sources and semantic false positives visible.
Beta Recommendations turned the same evidence into six actions: one high-impact visibility suggestion and five medium-impact source or community ideas. The advice emphasized creating relevant pages, checking already cited sources, participating usefully in communities, and seeking legitimate inclusion. Because some source data reflected the Exploripo/exploration ambiguity, the recommendations work better as research leads than an automatic outreach list.
Figure 8. Beta Recommendations ranked visibility and citation actions by impact, but the underlying sources still required manual validation.
5.6 Reporting, integrations, API, and team access
Mangools documents Search Console import and Looker Studio reporting for SERPWatcher, plus Looker Studio, sharing, reports, API, and MCP access around AI Search Watcher. We did not grant those permissions or publish a share link. The authenticated account exposed an API token area and MCP instructions, including account sign-in for compatible clients, but we did not reveal a token, send a request, or connect an external client. Premium includes three additional seats and Agency five; sub-users share the parent limits, according to Mangools.

Best fit
Free / observed Free+
€0; our account had 10 days of Free+
5 daily KWFinder, SERPChecker and SiteProfiler requests; 50 rank keywords; 1 AI monitor / 5 prompts
1,200 keyword and SERP requests / 24h; 1,500 daily tracked keywords; 1.2m backlinks/month; 150 site requests
Higher-volume agencies; 5 extra seats
Basic is the most sensible starting point if the daily limits cover your research. Premium mainly buys much more capacity and seats; Agency adds daily rank updates and larger allowances. Annual billing is materially cheaper than month-to-month, but committing for a year magnifies the importance of checking the exact limits you will use. The tested Free+ state was a welcome offer on this account, not a promise that every user receives ten days.
The pricing FAQ advertises a full refund requested within 48 hours, with an exception for two consecutive subscriptions. The Terms add EU withdrawal, annual-renewal, payment-method, service-use, consumer, and business-account conditions. Treat 48 hours as the visible headline, not a universal guarantee, and confirm the rule that applies before paying.

Our Experience
Mangools felt fastest when a question stayed narrow. KWFinder made shortlist building understandable, SERPChecker added page-level context without resetting the query, and SiteProfiler handed the domain to LinkMiner with little friction. The suite did not feel like one giant database interface; it felt like a set of small specialist tools with sensible bridges.
The strongest lesson was to inspect the evidence behind the score. LinkMiner's preview overturned both active backlink rows. AI Search Watcher likewise made citations easy to inspect, and that inspection exposed brand-name ambiguity. We prefer this transparency to an opaque score, but the product still asks the user to make the final relevance judgment.
Our rating is constrained by the unfinished SERPWatcher result, tight Free+ quotas, absent technical site audit, one unverified CSV export, and the small domain sample. We also tested only a welcome Free+ account. The paid limits and annual prices may make sense for a focused small team, but we did not test paid capacity, support, billing, or multi-user administration.
What We Did Not Test
Long-term keyword, backlink, rank, or AI-visibility accuracy and trend stability
Google Search Console, Looker Studio, report delivery, alerts, or public sharing
CSV file contents, large exports, custom data exports, or full account portability
API responses, quotas, token lifecycle, SDKs, or external MCP-client interoperability
Mobile ergonomics, support response quality, account deletion, or a security audit

09
How it compares
Mangools sits between standalone keyword tools and broad SEO platforms. Compared with Semrush, it gives up technical-audit, content, advertising, and workflow breadth. Compared with Ahrefs, it offers a gentler keyword-and-tracking experience but does not give us evidence to claim comparable backlink depth. SE Ranking is the closer all-round substitute for buyers who want rank tracking plus site audit in one product.
Mangools earns its place through focus. The six apps cover the research loop many solo marketers repeat every week, and the newer AI layer adds source inspection rather than only a score. Choose it when speed, clarity, and annual value matter more than building every SEO process inside one platform.
10
Final Verdict
Mangools earns 8.3/10. Its strongest qualities are understandable interfaces, quick movement from keyword to SERP and domain to backlink analysis, and unusually inspectable AI citations. In our Free+ test, the product helped us assemble a keyword shortlist, review a live SERP, investigate a small domain, create rank tracking, and establish an AI-visibility baseline without connecting production data.
It stops short of the top tier because the suite lacks a technical site audit, the small Free+ quotas narrow experimentation, both displayed backlink sources needed correction, SERPWatcher remained pending, and AI prompt generation and citations introduced clear semantic noise. For individuals and small teams with a focused research-and-monitoring workload, Mangools is easy to recommend. Technical SEO teams, backlink specialists, and larger agencies should compare the paid limits and database depth with broader platforms before committing.
Exploripo rating: 8.3/10
Recommended for: solo marketers, bloggers, affiliate publishers, and smaller agencies that want clear keyword, SERP, rank, domain, backlink, and AI-visibility workflows. Less suitable for: technical SEO teams, high-volume agencies, or link specialists who need deeper auditing, automation, or verified index breadth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Mangools free?
Yes. Mangools advertises a time-unlimited Free account. Our account also received ten days of Free+ with five daily requests in KWFinder, SERPChecker, and SiteProfiler, plus 50 tracked keywords and one five-prompt AI monitor. Do not assume every account receives the same welcome state.
How many tools are included in Mangools?
The current suite has six core tools: KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner, SiteProfiler, and AI Search Watcher. Older five-tool descriptions predate the AI module.
Is KWFinder included in every Mangools plan?
KWFinder is part of the suite, including limited Free access. Paid plans mainly increase daily request and suggestion capacity.
Does Mangools include rank tracking?
Yes. SERPWatcher tracks keywords by domain, location, and device. We created a three-keyword US desktop tracking, but first ranks were still processing at the end of our session.
What does AI Search Watcher do?
It monitors brand visibility, positions, citations, competitors, and recommendations across selected AI answer systems. Our first check found Exploripo for the brand query only, and some citations confused the name with exploration.
Is Mangools better than Semrush or Ahrefs?
It is easier to approach for focused keyword, SERP, tracking, and lightweight backlink work. Semrush is broader, while Ahrefs is a stronger fit when deep backlink and competitor research dominate. The best choice depends on which workflows justify the price.
